Introduction

Welcome!

I was recently asked to create some blog posts for Tater Bats in Waterbury, CT and it inspired me to start my own blog to post about topics that might not relate to the bat company but hopefully that myself and others might enjoy. 

I love going down rabbit holes. To others it may seem like a waste of time. Too much thinking about something that might never even happen. Trust me, I hear you. But I found a lot of love for them as I would rather spend my time on this Earth thinking of things that can potentially help others than doing many other things.

I hope I'm able to gain some skillsets in guiding others through thought processes similar to mine. Although, worst comes to worst, I can help spread some information to those who follow me close enough to read these posts. 

Suggestions on topics to write about are always welcome. The general area of discussion will typically be sports, coaching and playing baseball, hitting, with a little mental performance, philosophy, and mindfulness mixed in.I hope you enjoy!-DH
